1.每天上班后，要把設(shè)備上的鋁（木）屑清算潔凈，特別是設(shè)備的傳動(dòng)部位和活動(dòng)部位（例如：導(dǎo)軌，氣缸，任務(wù)面板等）;
1. Clean the aluminium (wood) scraps on the equipment after work every day, especially the transmission parts and moving parts of the equipment (e.g. guide rails, cylinders, task panels, etc.).
2.活期反省設(shè)備各部位螺絲，避免呈現(xiàn)松動(dòng)，招致精度誤差和平安事故。

3.活期爲(wèi)設(shè)備各傳動(dòng)軸擦抹較爲(wèi)濃縮的光滑油（例如：直線導(dǎo)軌）;

4.鋁機(jī)選擇油性的切削液，兌水比例適當(dāng)增加;

5.每天開工前反省設(shè)備氣路和電磁閥閥體有無結(jié)冰景象，確保氣路遲滯后運(yùn)用設(shè)備。爲(wèi)防止呈現(xiàn)氣路結(jié)冰，一定要做到空氣緊縮機(jī)每天放水，改換濾芯等。

6.每天反省電源開關(guān)能否正常，電線能否老化，如有成績(jī)，立刻改換。

7.鋁型材.木材等輕拿輕放，避免呈現(xiàn)磕碰，招致設(shè)備損壞呈現(xiàn)誤差等。

8.制止戴手套作業(yè)的設(shè)備，嚴(yán)禁戴手套作業(yè)。不能穿戴圍巾等相似衣物，避免呈現(xiàn)平安事故。
8. Stop glove-wearing equipment and strictly prohibit glove-wearing equipment. Do not wear similar clothes such as scarves to avoid safety accidents.
