①連續(xù)花膠：一般是混合器堵塞、混合器裝配錯誤或者使用的混合單元不夠多;
(1) Continuous gum: generally, the mixer is blocked, the mixer assembly is wrong or the mixing unit is not enough;
②斷續(xù)有規(guī)律花膠：與系統(tǒng)性故障有關(guān)，如配比泵密封泄漏或者比例架磨損;
(2) Intermittent regular pattern gum: related to systemic faults, such as leakage of seal of proportioning pump or wear of proportioning frame;

③斷續(xù)無規(guī)律花膠：與故障有關(guān)，如過濾器堵塞/針閥堵塞/壓盤故障/配比泵入口堵塞或者密封失效/安全閥及高壓球閥失效等;
(3) Discontinuous irregular pattern gum: related to faults, such as filter blockage/needle valve blockage/platen failure/ratio pump entrance blockage or seal failure/safety valve and high pressure ball valve failure;
④短暫停槍后又開槍時，開頭出現(xiàn)一段花膠：主要是膠粘度匹配不理想，需要調(diào)整系統(tǒng)管道或降低工作壓力。
