1、自動點(diǎn)膠機(jī)用途分為填充、點(diǎn)滴、粘接、灌注、涂層、密封，所以點(diǎn)膠機(jī)又稱自動灌膠機(jī)、自動涂膠機(jī)、自動打膠機(jī)、自動注膠機(jī)、自動滴膠機(jī)等，是專門對流體進(jìn)行控制，并將流體點(diǎn)滴、涂覆、灌封于產(chǎn)品表面或產(chǎn)品內(nèi)部的自動化機(jī)器。自動點(diǎn)膠機(jī)主要用于產(chǎn)品工藝中的膠水、油類以及其他液體的粘接、灌注、涂層、密封、填充、點(diǎn)滴、線形/弧形/圓形涂膠等。

目前單液自動點(diǎn)膠機(jī)已經(jīng)做得很成熟，世界主要是EFD點(diǎn)膠機(jī)和武藏點(diǎn)膠機(jī)、飛士能點(diǎn)膠機(jī)、IEI點(diǎn)膠機(jī)等，能實(shí)現(xiàn)很高的精密度，不過價格比較高。國內(nèi)的自動點(diǎn)膠機(jī)性價比較好些。雙組份點(diǎn)膠機(jī)因?yàn)椴捎糜嬃勘脺y量體積比，所以不管是進(jìn)口還是國產(chǎn)的，價位都非常高。目前我公司開發(fā)的簡易型雙液點(diǎn)膠機(jī)通過調(diào)節(jié)點(diǎn)膠閥控制AB膠的配比，性價比非常好，但只適用于AB膠組分配比在1：3以內(nèi)可調(diào)。
