雙組份打膠機(jī)由4個(gè)部分組成， A、 B膠泵、氣動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、升降機(jī)構(gòu)、機(jī)架等組成。

A、 B組各設(shè)一臺(tái)膠泵，在各自的氣馬達(dá)帶動(dòng)下，分別作往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)，將膠吸出并壓出。B、 A、 B分別固定在壓膠盤上，然后與機(jī)架連接形成各自的系統(tǒng)。

A, B group each set a rubber pump, driven by their own gas motor, respectively, the reciprocating movement, the rubber out and pressure. B, a, B are respectively fixed on the pressure plate, and then connected with the rack to form their own system.

由比例杠桿調(diào)節(jié)：向內(nèi)調(diào)節(jié)， B出膠減少，向外調(diào)整， B出膠增加。采用比例杠桿控制 B膠出膠量，從而控制 A、 B膠的比例。

 By the proportion of Lever Regulation: Inward Regulation, B Gum Reduction, outward adjustment, B gum increase. The proportion of A and B glue is controlled by proportion lever.

出膠：由氣源處理器控制，逆時(shí)針調(diào)整，出膠量增加，順時(shí)針調(diào)整出膠量減少。

Tapping: controlled by air source processor, counter-clockwise adjustment, the amount of tapping increased, clockwise adjustment of the amount of tapping decreased.
因?yàn)殡p組份密封膠的固化需要一定的時(shí)間，所以，已經(jīng)涂上了雙組密封膠的玻璃應(yīng)該水平輕輕移動(dòng)。

Since the two-component sealant takes some time to cure, the glass that has been coated with the two-component sealant should be moved gently horizontally.
A、 B組份膠應(yīng)保持清潔，嚴(yán)防異物進(jìn)入膠水。

Component A and B glue should be kept clean and prevent foreign matter from entering the glue.
在連續(xù)作業(yè)期間，膠槍的每次停機(jī)時(shí)間通常不超過(guò)20分鐘，否則，應(yīng)用 A組份膠將所有混合膠沖走，直到單組 A組份膠從槍口排出。

During continuous operation, the downtime of the Glue Gun shall not exceed 20 minutes. Otherwise, all the mixed glue shall be flushed away with component a glue until the single component a glue is discharged from the muzzle.
高壓膠管不能強(qiáng)行擠壓、彎曲，防止影響系統(tǒng)的正常工作。

High pressure rubber hose can not be forced extrusion, bending, to prevent the impact of the normal work of the system.
膠合板應(yīng)經(jīng)常保持暢通，以保證出膠效果。如果出現(xiàn)堵塞，可用丙酮浸泡后進(jìn)行清洗。推薦5組清洗一次。

Plywood should be kept unblocked from time to time to ensure the effect of the glue. If clogging occurs, it can be cleaned after soaking in acetone. It is recommended that 5 groups be cleaned once.
如膠槍長(zhǎng)時(shí)間不使用(超過(guò)一周)，應(yīng)拆下槍體，使用溶劑將膠槍和混膠器中的殘余膠體清洗干凈。

If the glue gun is not used for a long time (more than a week) , the gun body should be removed, use solvent to clean the glue gun and Glue Mixer in the residual Gel.
不同雙組份打膠機(jī)生產(chǎn)廠家生產(chǎn)的膠體中含有雜質(zhì)的數(shù)量不同，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況， B組分過(guò)濾網(wǎng)和單向止回閥很清楚，建議每?jī)山M清洗一次。

According to the actual situation, B component filter screen and one-way check valve are very clear. It is recommended to clean every two groups.
