第一、在運(yùn)用設(shè)備水泵之前要保證水箱里的水是滿足的，打開水泵之后要及時調(diào)整海綿輥上方的噴水管，保證海綿輥的每一個方位能夠被沖刷掉。沖刷時要用手清洗雜質(zhì)和贓物，力度不要太大。值得留神的一點是在冬季打開中空玻璃設(shè)備時要先將海綿輥浸泡開在清洗傳送，直接清洗傳送簡單將海綿輥被撕壞。

Firstly, before using the equipment water pump, it is necessary to ensure that the water in the water tank is sufficient. After turning on the water pump, the spray pipe above the sponge roller should be adjusted in a timely manner to ensure that every direction of the sponge roller can be washed away. 第二、在清洗傳送時，中空玻璃在傳送帶上要保證玻璃的平穩(wěn)，沒有放平穩(wěn)的玻璃在傳送時簡單下跌下來形成玻璃的摔裂和傷到操作者。

Secondly, during the cleaning and transportation process, the insulated glass should be kept stable on the conveyor belt. Glass that has not been placed steadily may easily fall down during transportation, resulting in glass breakage and injury to the operator.

第三、在涂改膠時要均勻，中空玻璃設(shè)備鋁隔條上是需求涂改丁基膠的，在涂改是要保證均勻，全面，膠體涂改后要平坦無漏膠，無毛刺狀況。為保證鋁條與玻璃的粘接作用，主張運(yùn)用丁基膠，且鋁隔條上不要占有灰塵與雜物。

Thirdly, when modifying the adhesive, it should be uniform. Butyl adhesive is required to be modified on the aluminum partition of insulated glass equipment. The modification should ensure uniformity and comprehensiveness, and the adhesive should be flat without any leakage or burrs after modification. To ensure the adhesion between the aluminum strip and the glass, it is recommended to use butyl rubber, and there should be no dust or debris on the aluminum spacer strip.

第四、中空玻璃設(shè)備的雙組份密封膠涂改要健壯，拐彎處的涂改尤為留神均勻性，這樣有利于漏氣現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。
