日常運(yùn)用進(jìn)程中，要留意打膠機(jī)的頤養(yǎng)維護(hù)

1、機(jī)頭密封圈在7-10天需求改換一次;

2、改換時(shí)一切部位都要清洗潔凈，不能有原料殘留;

3、每天上班前將久耐混合管取下，鋼鉤取下，將機(jī)頭清算潔凈。將B料孔和掛鋼鉤的孔位打好黃油，并將B料孔封住，以免B料固化。混合管也要清洗潔凈，保證靜態(tài)膠閥A/B出膠口沒有殘膠。機(jī)身外表清算潔凈，保證機(jī)器清潔。
3. Take off the durable mixing pipe and the steel hook before going to work everyday, and clean the nose. Butter is drilled in the hole position of B material hole and hook, and B material hole is sealed to avoid solidification of B material. The mixing pipe should also be cleaned to ensure that the static rubber valve A/B outlet has no residual glue. Clean fuselage exterior to ensure machine cleaning.

4、開機(jī)前遲緩裝上鋼鉤，新的鋼鉤頂部用砂紙打磨一下，讓其圓潤(rùn)潤(rùn)滑，要裝到位，察看機(jī)頭馬達(dá)能否能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)?出料氣缸能否能正常運(yùn)作?
4. Install the steel hook slowly before starting the machine. Sand paper is used to polish the top of the new steel hook to make it smooth and lubricated. To be installed in place, check whether the motor of the machine head can work properly and whether the discharging cylinder can work properly.
5、正常消費(fèi)前記得排出一小局部膠料，由于外面能夠有黃油殘留，排出以免影響產(chǎn)質(zhì)量量。
5. Before normal consumption, remember to discharge a small amount of rubber, because there can be butter residue outside, discharge to avoid affecting the quality of production.
6、每個(gè)月需求清算一次氣源過濾器，和下膠管Y型過濾器。一切運(yùn)動(dòng)局部反省能否有松動(dòng)，并加光滑油。假如長(zhǎng)工夫機(jī)器停用，清算機(jī)器外面一切料桶與料管的膠水。并要清算完一切管道的清洗液。
6. Air source filters and Y-type Downhose filters are required to be cleared once a month. Reflect on the looseness and smoothness of all movements. If the long-time machine is out of use, the glue of all barrels and pipes outside the machine is cleared. Cleaning fluids for all pipes should also be cleared.
