⑶當固化和出膠速度均無異常，而打出的膠仍有結皮或硫化現(xiàn)象時，則可能是設備停機時間較長，膠槍未清洗或洗槍不夠徹底，需要將結皮或硫化膠沖洗干凈后后施工。
