1.鋁框上出現(xiàn)一邊或兩邊都不沾膠的現(xiàn)象時
1. When one or both sides of the aluminum frame are free of glue

我們應(yīng)檢查膠缸、膠頭的溫度是否正常，壓力是否在我們設(shè)定的范圍之內(nèi)，檢查兩膠頭的距離是否過大（此距離設(shè)定至鋁條剛剛能從兩個打膠頭之間過去為較好）。
We should check whether the temperature of the rubber cylinder and rubber head is normal, whether the pressure is within the range we set, and whether the distance between the two rubber heads is too large (it is better to set this distance until the aluminum bar can just pass between the two rubber heads).
如果上述情況都沒有問題，可斷定兩個打膠頭（或一個），由于丁基膠中有雜質(zhì)而堵住了膠頭出膠的眼，這就需要卸下打膠頭，用煤油浸泡，然后將膠頭內(nèi)的膠全部清理干凈后再裝上即可。
