丁基膠涂布機(jī)常見問題的解決方法：

我們應(yīng)檢查膠缸、膠頭的溫度是否正常，壓力是否在我們?cè)O(shè)定的范圍之內(nèi)，檢查兩膠頭的距離是否過大（此距離設(shè)定至鋁條剛剛能從兩個(gè)打膠頭之間過去為好）。

如果上述情況都沒有問題，可斷定兩個(gè)打膠頭（或一個(gè)），由于丁基膠中有雜質(zhì)而堵住了膠頭出膠的眼，這就需要卸下打膠頭，用煤油浸泡，然后將膠頭內(nèi)的膠全部清理干凈后再裝上即可。
