看膠水的性質(zhì)。如果單液的膠水，而且在常溫不是很容易固化的膠水，那么每次點(diǎn)完或者灌完產(chǎn)品后，下次所用到的膠水還是相同時(shí)，可以不考慮清洗問題。如果是厭氧膠、快干膠類似于，這樣的膠水或者類似硅膠之類的常溫下會比較快固化的膠水，那么是要清洗的。清洗的時(shí)候，先將沒用完的膠水排完，然后將有機(jī)溶劑，如天那水、工業(yè)酒精，放到機(jī)器里面。然后將這些有機(jī)溶劑和膠水一起壓出來，再用氣槍吹開即可。用此類型的機(jī)器，清洗是十分必要的，否則的話，膠水固化在膠閥中，或者是料桶中就很麻煩，可能有些配件就要更換了，所以每次用完后，一定要記得清洗。
