自動數(shù)控中空玻璃生產(chǎn)線(可生產(chǎn)LOW-E中空玻璃)
清洗機采用3對毛刷設(shè)計及對LOW- E玻璃專用毛刷避免膜損傷。
采用PLC控制及雙觸摸屏顯示系統(tǒng)一溫度/速度/生產(chǎn)量/故障信息提示-可單獨完成全線控制。
可以生產(chǎn)超長二層、三層、大小片(不等邊)幕墻中空玻璃及異型中空玻璃。
全距離自動變頻調(diào)速，設(shè)有玻璃等候儲存段，節(jié)省勞動等待時間,提高生產(chǎn)效率。
板壓機液壓控制，伺服電機調(diào)整上下不等片尺寸，活動板可自由開啟，檢修方便快捷。
