　　其實我們的中空玻璃打膠機出現(xiàn)這個問題，主要是有以下兩種情況導(dǎo)致的！

　　In fact, the problem with our insulated glass gluing machine is mainly caused by the following two situations!

　　一、打膠速度過快

　　1、 The gluing speed is too fast

　　有的客戶為了加快自己的生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏追趕生產(chǎn)計劃，將打膠速度認為調(diào)整的過快，導(dǎo)致膠體還沒有完全達到合格標準機頭就已經(jīng)移動到下一個位置進行打膠操作了。

　　Some customers, in order to speed up their production pace and catch up with the production plan, consider the gluing speed to be adjusted too fast, resulting in the glue not fully reaching the qualified standard before the machine head moves to the next position for gluing operation.

　　如果我們需要加快打膠的速度調(diào)整了打膠機的移動參數(shù)的話，那么我們對應(yīng)的也應(yīng)該對供膠系統(tǒng)也進行相應(yīng)的設(shè)置，比如這時候我們就需要加大供膠壓力，增大打膠機的出膠速度來配合對象的移動速度的增加。

　　If we need to speed up the glue dispensing speed and adjust the movement parameters of the glue dispensing machine, then we should also make corresponding settings for the glue supply system. For example, at this time, we need to increase the glue supply pressure and increase the glue dispensing speed of the glue dispensing machine to match the increase in the object's movement speed.

　　如果我們僅僅是單獨的增加了打膠機的移動速度而沒有對壓力進行調(diào)節(jié)的話就很有可能出現(xiàn)打膠不飽滿的情況發(fā)生。

　　二、供膠壓力不足

　　2、 Insufficient glue supply pressure

　　這個情況其實在前一種情況的已經(jīng)進行過描述了，即便你沒有對打膠機的移動速度進行調(diào)節(jié)也出現(xiàn)了打膠不飽滿的情況，那么也有可能是供膠壓力過小導(dǎo)致的。這時候我們僅僅需要調(diào)整供膠壓力即可完美的解決這個問題的發(fā)生。

　　This situation has actually been described in the previous scenario. Even if you do not adjust the movement speed of the glue machine, there may still be insufficient glue filling, which may also be caused by insufficient glue supply pressure. At this point, we only need to adjust the glue supply pressure to perfectly solve this problem.

　　三、機頭感應(yīng)器損壞

　　3、 The nose sensor is damaged

　　這種情況非常的少見，但是也不排除這種情況的發(fā)生。在我們的打膠機機頭有一個對鋁條深淺進行探測的感應(yīng)器，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)鋁條過深或者過淺的時候他會自動的調(diào)整移動的移動速度以及供膠壓力（自動調(diào)整幅度是小范圍內(nèi)的）。如果我們的鋁條本身就深淺不一，在加上我們的感應(yīng)器損壞的壞就會發(fā)生這種情況！

　　This situation is very rare, but it cannot be ruled out that it may occur. There is a sensor at the head of our glue machine that detects the depth of the aluminum strip. If it is found that the aluminum strip is too deep or too shallow, it will automatically adjust the movement speed and glue supply pressure (the automatic adjustment range is small). If our aluminum strips themselves have varying depths, coupled with the damage to our sensors, this situation will occur!
