　　1.鋁框上出現(xiàn)一邊或兩邊都不沾膠的現(xiàn)象時(shí)

　　首先我們應(yīng)檢查膠缸、膠頭的溫度是否正常，壓力是否在我們?cè)O(shè)定的范圍之內(nèi)，檢查兩膠頭的距離是否過(guò)大（此距離設(shè)定至鋁條剛剛能從兩個(gè)打膠頭之間過(guò)去為最好）。

　　Firstly, we should check whether the temperature of the glue cylinder and glue head is normal, whether the pressure is within the range we set, and whether the distance between the two glue heads is too large (this distance should be set to the point where the aluminum strip can just pass between the two glue heads).

　　如果上述情況都沒(méi)有問(wèn)題，可斷定兩個(gè)打膠頭（或一個(gè)），由于丁基膠中有雜質(zhì)而堵住了膠頭出膠的眼，這就需要卸下打膠頭，用煤油浸泡，然后將膠頭內(nèi)的膠全部清理干凈后再裝上即可。

　　2.該設(shè)備全部采用液壓系統(tǒng)，油缸及液壓系統(tǒng)全部采用高壓油管連接，每個(gè)連接處都由組合墊密封，若發(fā)現(xiàn)漏油，及時(shí)更換組合墊。
