中空玻璃丁基膠涂布機常見問題的解決方法：

　　1.鋁框上出現(xiàn)一邊或兩邊都不沾膠的現(xiàn)象時

　　When there is no adhesive on one or both sides of the aluminum frame

　　首先我們應(yīng)檢查膠缸、膠頭的溫度是否正常，壓力是否在我們設(shè)定的范圍之內(nèi)，檢查兩膠頭的距離是否過大（此距離設(shè)定至鋁條剛剛能從兩個打膠頭之間過去為最好）。

　　Firstly, we should check whether the temperature of the glue cylinder and glue head is normal, whether the pressure is within the range we set, and whether the distance between the two glue heads is too large (this distance should be set to the point where the aluminum strip can just pass between the two glue heads).

　　如果上述情況都沒有問題，可斷定兩個打膠頭（或一個），由于丁基膠中有雜質(zhì)而堵住了膠頭出膠的眼，這就需要卸下打膠頭，用煤油浸泡，然后將膠頭內(nèi)的膠全部清理干凈后再裝上即可。

　　If the above situations are not a problem, it can be concluded that two or one of the glue heads have blocked the glue outlet due to impurities in the butyl rubber. This requires removing the glue head, soaking it in kerosene, and then cleaning all the glue inside the glue head before reinstalling it.

　　2.該設(shè)備全部采用液壓系統(tǒng)，油缸及液壓系統(tǒng)全部采用高壓油管連接，每個連接處都由組合墊密封，若發(fā)現(xiàn)漏油，及時更換組合墊。

　　2. The equipment adopts a hydraulic system, and the oil cylinder and hydraulic system are all connected by high-pressure oil pipes. Each connection is sealed with a combination gasket. If oil leakage is found, the combination gasket should be replaced in a timely manner.

　　3.該設(shè)備的膠頭加熱和膠缸加熱，由加熱棒兩個和加熱盤一個提供，由溫控表來設(shè)定和調(diào)整溫度的高低，若發(fā)現(xiàn)溫度升不高或升高后往下降，請檢查加熱棒或加熱盤是否損壞，并檢查溫控表是否正常。

　　3. The heating of the rubber head and the heating of the rubber cylinder of the device are provided by two heating rods and one heating plate, and the temperature is set and adjusted by a temperature control meter. If the temperature does not rise or decreases after rising, please check whether the heating rod or heating plate is damaged and whether the temperature control meter is normal.
